November Update

Happy Fall, Y'all! We’re excited to share our November theme of GRATITUDE with you! At Catalyst Ministries, we’re so thankful for so much, and we want to take a little time this month to share some of the specifics with you. Our hearts are full of gratitude to God for all His faithfulness to us and the many amazing answers to prayer this year. “I will sing the Lord’s praise for he has been good to me.” (Psalm 13:6)

  1. First, we’re thankful to God for the skilled and humble Board of Directors He’s assembled to help lead this ministry. Each season, we gather together to plan, pray, and do the “heavy lifting” that’s needed to help keep us true to our important mission of reaching and rescuing women who are survivors of human trafficking. As the Executive Director of Catalyst Ministries, I’m so very thankful for each of the men and women that make up this leadership team. A special thanks to:

    Tim Ryan

    Darcie Kiper

    Paul Phillips

    Paul Halvorsen

    Mark Johnson

    Adam Janssen

    Julie Ryan

  2. Next, we’re so thankful for our wonderful staff and volunteers! Throughout the year, over 100 staff and volunteers have worked hard in various important roles and tasks to help care for our residents and do the good work that needs to be done within Catalyst Ministries. We thank each one of you and we’re proud to have you as part of the Catalyst family! We are excited to take some time later this month, to celebrate and thank you. Be watching for your invite!

Interested in learning more about being involved? Join us on November 10th at 5:00 pm at our Catalyst office for a Volunteer Information Night! Email us at info@catalystministries.net for more information and to reserve your spot.

  3. We’re also so thankful for the physical facilities where we work and gather—our Catalyst office and our Restorative Home—Catalyst Farms! These are wonderful blessings that we’ve been able to purchase in the past year, to help us move forward in the work we’re accomplishing. We’re so thankful for all those who work tirelessly to help us repair, maintain, clean, and manage these important spaces. Thank you!

Please consider being involved in volunteering to help out in this area, in the coming year.

  4. We want to express a special thanks to all those who pray for Catalyst Ministries. Thank you! Your prayers mean so much and accomplish more than you know! Please keep praying! "The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective." (James 5:16)

Would you like to join together with others to pray for the work of Catalyst locally and around the world? Join us for our next Global Prayer Gathering on November 24th at 11:00 am at the Catalyst Office. Please email for more details and to let us know you’re coming at info@catalystministries.net

  5. We’re so grateful for our financial partners who have given so faithfully! You are making a difference to bring restoration to women who have been exploited and trafficked. Thank you! Your partnership means so much!
