Spending time with God is something we often hear about. I have heard many sermons and read quite a few devotionals on the significance of taking time each day to talk to God, to study His word, and worship Him. I cannot and will not deny that this is not a true statement, but I can attest that it isn’t always the easiest thing to do.
Last week we encountered a New Year; the year 2017 quickly disappeared and was replaced by 2018.
Just like all of the years before, this division of years marks a time of new beginning or a fresh start, perhaps a do-over for some of us.
